Even though I don't like variegated yarn (hence I'm going for the tweed effect instead) when it's knitted, spinning up roving with multiple colours is so much more enjoyable. Those colors look great! And yeah, please give yourself adequate ventilation when you are dyeing-- fumes are bad news as you found out.
